Why work with an FMO?
If you are new to the industry or have just left a captive agent position, you may wonder why you would choose to work with an FMO like Drennan rather than the carrier directly.
Compensation
At Drennan, you earn the same commission amount by working with us as you would with a carrier directly.
As an FMO, we are only paid when you are.
We never, ever take any part of the agent compensation.
All of our agent contracts are direct with the insurance carrier and at the highest street level allowed.
At Drennan, we add to your compensation, not take from it!
Independence
Our agency is fiercely committed to independent choices in the marketplace. Unlike some direct carrier contracts, each contract with our organization ensures that your independent status is not compromised. You will not be captive to any carrier!
